Platform selection should follow your buyer, not the platform's popularity. Instagram and TikTok are most effective for consumer brands with visual products. LinkedIn is the highest-ROI platform for B2B professional services. Facebook's organic reach has declined significantly but its advertising platform remains powerful for targeting specific demographics. We don't recommend platforms because they're trendy — we recommend based on where your specific audience spends time and where the data says they convert.
Organic social management retainers typically run $3,000–$8,000/month depending on channel count, content volume, and community management requirements. Paid social management is additional and typically ranges from $2,000–$5,000/month in management fee on top of ad spend. Full-service programs covering both organic and paid on two to three channels run $6,000–$15,000/month.
We measure social ROI differently by channel. Paid social is measured against CAC and ROAS using proper attribution. Organic social is measured through leading indicators — reach growth, engagement rate, profile visits, and link clicks — as well as downstream signals like branded search volume increase and referral traffic to the website. We don't report follower count as a primary metric because it rarely correlates with revenue.

Response time and tone guidelines are established during onboarding and all community management is conducted within the brand voice and escalation protocols your team approves. For brands with high volume, we offer community management as a standalone service separate from content production.
